Jeff Sauro

Jeff Sauro is a Six-Sigma trained statistical analyst and pioneer in quantifying the User eXperience. He is the founding principal of Measuring Usability LLC> - a user research firm specializing in making statistical concepts understandable and actionable for clients such as eBay, Autodesk and Sage.

Jeff has published over fifteen peer-reviewed research articles and presents tutorials and papers regularly at the leading Human Computer Interaction conferences: CHI, UPA and HCII and HFES. He has published several books including Quantifying the User Experience: Practical Statistics for User Research ( 2012).

Jeff has worked for Oracle, PeopleSoft, Intuit and General Electric and received his Masters Degree from Stanford University and Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University. He can be found online at Measuring Usability LLC> where he posts weekly articles and on Twitter @MsrUsability.
